Provide a good product with great customer service. I had an issue with shipping and they took care of it immediately. I definitely recommend Proozy to anyone looking for a good product and a great price.

I had another great experience with this company. First of all I worked with Catrina in customer support asking her if she could change 1 line item on my order.. She was very friendly,polite,courteous and willing to change my order. She was happy and upbeat and willing to help me with any problems that I may have!! It is hard to find a person that is willing to go out of her way to help you that much!!! What a wonderful customer representative to have!!! Every company needs a person like Catrina!!!! She does a wonderful and excellent job!!! I have ordered from Proozy before with good results and I used them again and I will also use them in the future!!! After Catrina changed my order she emailed me saying the change was completed!!! Excellent service!!! I then got an email the next day saying my order was shipped!!! Keep up the excellent and fantastic job!!! I am a customer for life!!!

Upfront: I have ordered from this site one time. I ordered a pair of Reebok sneakers and a Reebok jacket. I am not a connisuer of name brand athletic apparel or shoes but these seem fine to me. The prices were great and I had a promo code for % off and free shipping. It took maybe ten days to receive my items but I didn't need them in a hurry. I won't go as far as saying I would recommend this site just yet as I would need to order a few more times to make sure I was happy with those experiences as well.
